The standard Thrive outplacement program consists of the Welcome Package, valued at $600. Any additional dollars deposited beyond $600 are converted to Thrive FlexSpend tokens for individuals to use in the Thrive Marketplace on career services. This is our most popular offering because it emphasizes flexibility and user choice. Volume discounts, customized packages, and enterprise deployments are also available.

The Thrive pricing model is a unique way to offer ultimate flexibility to meet the needs of every budget.

1. The employer determines the dollars to be budgeted for each individual. This is fully customizable depending on factors such as tenure, salary level, age, specialization, industry terms, and any unique personal considerations.

2. Everyone starts with a Welcome Package of starter services to be assigned. This costs $600 per person.

3. Any dollars deposited beyond the cost of the Welcome Package are converted to Thrive FlexSpend tokens.

4. Individuals redeem their tokens on the Thrive Marketplace for career transition services such as job search coaching, resume and interview prep, or even learning certifications. Over 100+ career-related services are available from globally leading vendors and service providers.

What do you like best about Thrive Outplacement?

We enjoyed its marketplace set up where individuals chose their own preferred upskilling services. This meant we didn't have to have multiple "generic" packages for different levels (IC or C levels), and instead was able to have one program that could work for all levels.

What problems is Thrive Outplacement solving and how is that benefiting you?

After meeting with several vendors (a couple of which were global and well known) we opted with Thrive to support our company's outplacement program. Thrive's personal approach in service, and ability for individuals to select upskilling services that is actually useful to them helped us provide an actually useful service to individuals who were exited. It is a competitively priced program, with the added bonus of providing a platform that allows us to see usage and determine its effectiveness. Having this in place ensures as smooth of an exit transition as possible, while knowing we are paying for services that is actually useful to the individual. What do you like best about Thrive Outplacement?

Career counselling was good. I enjoyed the online courses. I had never been out of work before. After thirty years of not looking for a job it was useful to have resources to get up to speed. Looking for a job in 1996 versus today is totally different. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thrive Outplacement solving and how is that benefiting you?

I walked into my job on October 16 and was walked out the door shortly afterwards. As part of my termination package I was able to negotiate career conselling. My former employer set me up with Thrive. Thrive arranged for me to have meetings with a career counselor. We met three times via Teams.
